A few months back I came across the website for 'Hockey Fights Cancer'. It's been around for awhile, but this was the first I'd heard of it. So I thought a hockey romance anthology with all proceeds going to the charity for a year could be pretty awesome! I shared the idea with some other hockey authors and Cassandra Carr and Toni Mothereffin Aleo jumped right on board!

We are lucky enough to have the amazing Fiona Jayde as our cover artist and Lisa A. Hollett for editing. My amazing assistant Stacey Price is taking care of organizing everything and formatting for the anthology.

Myself, well I'm helping out too! But mostly I'm contributing a story I think will interest many of you...

After DELAYED PENALTY I got so many messages and emails about the story you'd all hoped would happen, but now never would. Without spoiling for those who haven't read it, you wanted the story of Tim Rowe.

The thing is, Tim had his HEA with his wife Madeline. Their story came before GAME MISCONDUCT.

And that will be the story that will be told in the anthology. BLIND PASS will begin when they first met and tell the story of how they fell in love. I think it's fitting that their story will be part of something that's for such a good cause.

Anyway, the reason I'm telling you this is because I'm so excited for this project! And hoping to get a few more authors on board that love hockey and are willing to donate their time and talent to the cause. Now that I've shared that, I'm gonna get back to the writing the words thing! lol! For those keeping count, that's FOUR books I'm working on now! Between hopping all over the continent.

    I used to watch the Humberside Seahawks about 25 yrs ago when ice hockey first came to Hull in the UK.The team mainly consisted of overseas players and I seem to remember having a huge crush on a certain Canadian player lol.

    I love the Penguins, but I know a guy on the Predators so I cheer for them also. Really I just love watching the sport! The Olympics will be fun to watch with all of the different players from the NHL playing for their own countries.

    My favourite team are the Icefighters Leipzig - it's a German team from my hometown. They may not be the best, but they have the spirit. But I also love the Annaheim Adlers and the Bufallo Sabres.

Atlanta Insanity and...Oh yeah, a certain cover! ;)

This is going to be a quick recap of TNEE and then we'll get to the great big REVEAL of the cover for LINE BRAWL! <g> Followed by a teaser. ;) Ya ready? Don't scroll ahead, brats! lol All right, so for those still with me, getting to the hotel was like    So me and my beautiful roommate got early check in and crashed for a bit. Then it was time to get my boxes. One was already there!   BUT...the hotel couldn't find it.   At first, this was all right. Annoying, but stuff happens, right? Well, two days later, when they're still 'looking for packages', I was a bit less easy-going about it.   Not having a room for Wednesday might have contributed to me being a teeny bit grumpy. F**K The Rules...and how I write the books you LOVE! RELEASE DAY AND GIVEAWAY

Yes, I know, if I'm gonna swear in the title of a post, I should just do it, right? But I get in enough trouble for all my naughty pictures, so I'm trying to be a good girl... Fuck it! I'll give you a minute to either enjoy the picture or run away. If that makes you uncomfortable, you probably stumbled into the wrong blog. Totally cool. My books probably aren't for you, but today is the release day for a TON of awesome books, so I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for! Happy reading! All right, now that those who don't love manlove are gone, let's get down to the how and why of what I do. Not sure it will help any new authors who hope that I know what I'm doing and can point them in the right direction. The best piece of advice I can probably give you is 'Don't do what I do.' EVER.
